The invention relates to an electric switch with controlled rise and fall characteristics for electronic switching and power controlling, comprising a triac or an SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) switching element (Tk) connected in series with the load (L), a rectifier bridge (2), AC inputs of which are connected to the gate and to a first power electrode of the switching element (Tk). An SCR and also the positive and negative inputs (I+, I-) of a control circuit (7) arranged between the DC outputs (+, -) of the rectifier bridge (2). The output of the control circuit (7) is connected to the gate of he SCR (Ti). A filter circuit (1) connected between the jointed gate and second power electrode of the switching element (Tk), and one of the AC inputs of the rectifier bridge (2). According to the invention the control circuit (7) comprising an amplifier stage (6) having 2 control input (1), and a diac (Dk) connected to the output of the amplifier stage (6), the other terminal of the diac (Dk) constitutes the output of the control circuit (7), and the input terminals of the amplifier stage (6) constitute the positive and negative inputs (I+, I-) of the control circuit (7). Furthermore a direct or indirect feed-back is provided between the control input (I) of the amplifier stage (6) and the positive DC output (+) of the rectifier bridge (2).
Commutateur électrique à caractéristiques de montée et de descente commandées permettant la commutation électronique et la commande de puissance, et comportant un triac ou un élément commutateur (Tk) à redresseur commandé au silicium (SCR) connecté en série à la charge (L), et un pont redresseur (2) dont les entrées de courant alternatif sont connectées à la grille et à une première électrode de puissance de l'élément commutateur (Tk). Un SCR ainsi que les entrées positive et négative (I+, I-) d'un circuit de commande (7) sont disposés entre les sorties de courant continu (+, -) du pont redresseur (2). La sortie du circuit de commande (7) est connectée à la grille du SCR (Ti). Un circuit de filtrage (1) est monté entre, d'une part, la grille et la seconde électrode de puissance de l'élément commutateur (Tk), et d'autre part, l'une des entrées de courant alternatif du pont redresseur (2). Le circuit de commande (7) comporte un étage amplificateur (6) à l'entrée de commande (I), et un diac (Dk) connecté à la sortie de l'étage amplificateur (6), l'autre borne du diac (Dk) constitue la sortie du circuit de commande (7), et les bornes d'entrée de l'étage amplificateur (6) constituent les entrées positive et négative (I+, I-) du circuit de commande (7). En outre, une boucle de réaction directe ou indirecte est prévue entre la borne d'entrée de commande (I) de l'étage amplificateur (6) et la sortie positive de courant continu (+) du pont redresseur (2).
