The present invention provides switchable adhesives comprising a mixture, in proportions by weight, of 20% to 98% of an adhesive, 2% to 80% of curable molecules and 0.05% to 10% of photoinitiator. Preferably, the adhesive and curable molecules are mutually soluble when dry, or the curable molecules and adhesive may be uniformly dispersed in each other. Preferably the amount of adhesive in the mixture is in the range 40% to 98% by weight, more preferably 60% to 95% by weight, even more preferably 70% to 85% by weight. Preferably the proportion of curable molecules in the mixture ranges from 2% to 60% by weight, more preferably 5% to 40% by weight, even more preferably 15% to 30% by weight. Preferably, the photoinitiator is present in the mixture in the proportions 0.5% to 5% by weight, more preferably 1% to 3% by weight. Such switchable adhesives are useful in medical dressings and other removable sheet products, and may be simply prepared by stirring the adhesive, the curable molecules and the photoinitiator together at room temperature.
Linvention concerne des adhésifs à adhérence variable comprenant un mélange, selon les proportions en poids de 20% à 98% dadhésif, 2% à 80 % de molécules durcissables et de 0,05% à 10% de photo-initiateur. De préférence, ladhésif et les molécules durcissables sont mutuellement solubles lorsquils sont secs ou les molécules durcissables et ladhésif se dispersent uniformément lun dans lautre. De préférence, la proportion dadhésif dans le mélange est comprise dans une plage allant de 40% à 98% en poids, de préférence 60% à 95% et idéalement 70% à 85% en poids. La proportion de molécules durcissables dans le mélange se situe dans une plage allant de 2% à 60% en poids, de préférence 5% à 40% et idéalement 15% à 30% en poids. Le photo-initiateur est présent dans le mélange selon les proportions de 0,5% à 5% en poids, et idéalement 1% à 3% en poids. Ces adhésifs à adhérence variable sont utilisés pour des pansements médicaux et dautres produits en feuille retirables, et peuvent être préparés par simple agitation de ladhésif, des molécules durcissables et du photo-initiateur à température ambiante.
