2148362 9411936 PCTABS00032 An arrangement for connection in an electrical circuit, which comprises: (1) a pair of FETs that are series connected in a line of the circuit with their sources connected together or with their drains connected together and whose states can be altered by means of a voltage acting on their gates; (2) a control connected to the gate of at least one of the FETs; the control being responsive to an overcurrent on the line thereby altering the states of at least one of the FETs.
