ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A switching device comprises two identical active switching components connected in series and each comprising an operational amplifier with keying elements in a negative feed-back circuit and two identical operational amplifier null bias vol- tage memory circuits. The input of each of said null bias vol- tage memory circuits is connected to the output of a respective one of the operational amplifiers. The output of each memory circuit is connected to the non-inverting input of the respec- tive other operational amplifier so that the output of the first memory circuit is connected to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier whose output is connected to the input of the second memory circuit. The output of the second memory circuit is in turn connected to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier whose output is connected to the input of the first memory circuit. This arrangement reduces possible errors in the device when commutating a DC signal.
