A switching device includes a first switch operator, a second switch operator, a switch substrate and a rubber spring. The second switch operator surrounds the first switch operator and includes a plurality of operation sections. The switch substrate includes a first contact corresponding to the first switch operator and a plurality of second contacts corresponding to the operation sections. The rubber spring urges the first and second switch operators away from the switch substrate. An amount of displacement of the first switch operator when the first contact is brought into conduction is greater than an amount of displacement of the operation sections when the second contact is brought into conduction.
