The invention relates to a system which can kill tumour cells by means of caspase-independent apoptosis activation, consisting of: I. a cyanogenic system comprising the enzymatic activity exerted by linamarase on linamarin and an oxidative stress-inducing system comprising the oxidative activity of the enzyme glucose oxidase, which are combined in one composition; or II. a cyanogenic system comprising the enzymatic activity exerted by linamarase on linamarin and an oxidative stress-inducing system comprising the oxidative activity exerted by the enzyme glucose oxidase, which are present in independent compositions.
L'invention concerne un système permettant de produire la mort de cellules tumorales par activation d'une apoptose indépendante des caspases, qui comprend: I. Un système cyanogénique qui comprend l'activité enzymatique exercée par la linamarase sur la linamarine et un système inducteur de stress oxydatif qui comprend l'activité oxydative par l'enzyme glucose oxydase combinées dans une composition unique ou II. Un système cyanogénique qui comprend l'activité enzymatique exercée par la linamarase sur la linamarine et un système inducteur de stress oxydatif qui comprend l'activité oxydative exercée par l'enzyme glucose oxydase présentes dans des compositions indépendantes.
