Case 4-11674/+ CANADA Synergistic Mixtures Abstract of the Disclosure The invention relates to new synergistic mixtures which contain, as active components, the antibiotic cefsulodin sodium and a second known antibiotic selected from the group consisting of clavulanic acid, penicillanic acid 4,4-dioxide, azlocillin, mezlocillin, piperacillin, mecillinam, cephacetril, cefoxitin, cefotiam, amikacin, dibekacin, tobramycin, sisomicin or gentamicin, or a salt thereof, pharmaceutical preparations containing said mixtures and a process for their manufacture, and to the use of these preparations for combating infections.
