Severely sterically hindered secondary aminoether alcohols are prepared by a process comprising reacting a ketene with sulfuric acid to produce an anhydride which is then reacted with, to cleave the ring of, a dioxane to yield a cleavage product which is then aminated using an amine, followed by hydrolysis with a base to yield the desired severely sterically hindered secondary aminoether alcohol.
Selon l'invention, pour préparer des alcools d'aminoéther secondaire à encombrement stérique sévère, on fait réagir un cétène avec de l'acide sulfurique afin d'obtenir un anhydride que l'on fait ensuite réagir, pour en cliver le noyau, avec un dioxane afin d'obtenir un produit de clivage qui est ensuite aminé au moyen d'une amine avant une hydrolyse avec une base afin d'obtenir l'alcool d'aminoéther secondaire à encombrement stérique sévère voulu.
