A closure (1) closes a mouth (2) of a bottle (3), wherein the bottle is made of glass and has an external outwardly extending integral collar (4) which extends fully around an outside of the neck of the bottle and is of a constant shape and size at any location around the periphery. The seal (5) is held under compression against an uppermost rim (6) of the bottle mouth (2) and surface (7), which is adapted to engage with compression force the seal (5). Upon extraction of portion (8) from within the mouth of the bottle, a "popping" sound is achieved by having the position of a sealing part (9) of the portion somewhat below the mouth prior to extraction so that there will be upon extraction an evacuation of the headspace within the bottle.

L'invention concerne une fermeture (1) permettant de fermer une ouverture (2) de bouteille (3). Cette bouteille en verre comporte un col externe en une seule pi­ce s'~tendant vers l'ext~rieur (4) et tout autour du goulot de la bouteille et poss~dant une forme et une taille constante sur tout le pourtour de celui-ci. Le joint (5) est maintenu comprim~ contre une bague sup~rieure (6) de l'ouverture de la bouteille (2) et d'une surface (7), laquelle est con×ue de mani­re ~ se coupler par effort de compression avec le joint (5). Lors de l'extraction d'une partie (8) se trouvant ~ l'int~rieur de l'ouverture de la bouteille, un son de soufflage retentit lorsque la position d'une partie de scellement (9) de la partie situ~e au-dessous de l'ouverture avant extraction de sorte que lors de l'extraction une ~vacuation du vide puisse se faire ~ l'int~rieur de la bouteille.
