A diamond-containing material having the following element content ratio in percent by weight: carbon 75-90, hydrogen 0.6-1.5, nitrogen 1.0-4.5, oxygen the balance, the following phase content ratio in percent by weight: roentgen amorphous diamond-like phase 10-30, diamond of cubic modification the balance, and having a porous structure. 10-20% of the surface of the material consists of methyl, nitryl and hydroxy groups of two types, as well as functional oxycarboxy groups of the general formula O=R where R represents =COH, =COOH, =CO, =C6H4O or any of their combinations, and 1-2% of the surface consists of carbon atoms with non-compensated links. A method for obtaining said material consists in detonation of a carbon-containing explosive substance with negative oxygen balance, or a mixture of explosive substances, in a closed volume in the atmosphere of gases inert to carbon, with an oxygen content of 0.1-6.0% by volume, at a temperature of 303-363 K and in the presence of ultradispersed carbon phase with concentration of 0.01-0.15 kg/m.

Matière contenant du diamant ayant le rapport de teneur en éléments exprimés en pourcentage en poids suivant: carbone 75 à 90, hydrogène 0,6 à 1,5, azote 1,0 à 4,5, oxygène le reste, le rapport des phases exprimé en pourcentage en poids suivant: phase de type diamant amorphe aux rayons X 10 à 30, diamant de modification cubique le reste, et présentant une structure poreuse. 10 à 20 % de la surface de la matière se compose de groupes méthyle, nitryle et hydroxyle de deux types, ainsi que de groupes oxycarboniques fonctionnels de la formule générale O=R dans laquelle R représente =COH, =COOH, =CO, =C6H4O ou n'importe laquelle de leurs combinaisons, et 1 à 2 % de la surface se compose d'atomes de carbone avec des liaisons non compensées. Un procédé d'obtention de ladite matière consiste à procéder à la détonation d'une substance explosive contenant du carbone présentant une teneur en oxygène négative, ou d'un mélange de substances explosives dans un volume fermé dans l'atmosphère de gaz inertes au carbone, avec une teneur en oxygène comprise entre 0,1 et 6,0 % en volume, à une température comprise entre 303 et 363 K, et en présence d'une phase de carbone ultradispersée ayant une concentration comprise entre 0,01 et 0,15 kg/m.
