Abstract A synthetic diesel oil suitable for use in high cold area is prepared by mixing heavy benzol as main raw material with an appropriate amount of kerosene and cetane number modifier. A small amount of freezing point depressant may be added to adjust the freezing point of the synthetic diesel oil.
