A synthetic polysaccharide including an antithrombin III binding domain consisting of a concatenation of five monosaccharides supporting a total of two carboxylic acid functions and at least four sulpho groups, said domain being directly bound at the non-reducing end by a thrombin binding domain including a concatenation of 10-25 monosaccharide units selected from hexoses, pentoses or deoxy sugars of which all the hydroxyl groups are etherified by a C1-6 alkyl group or esterified in the form of sulpho groups, as well as salts and particularly pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, are disclosed.
Cette invention a pour objet un polysaccharide de synthèse comprenant un domaine de liaison à l'antithrombine III, tel que schématisé ci-dessous, constitué par un enchaînement de cinq monosaccharides portant au total deux fonctions acide carboxylique et au moins quatre groupes sulfo, ce domaine étant lié directement à son extrémité non réductrice par un domaine de liaison à la thrombine comprenant un enchaînement de 10 à 25 unités monosaccharidiques choisies parmi des hexoses, des pentoses ou des sucres désoxy dont tous les groupes hydroxyles sont éthérifiés par un groupe (C1-C6)alkyle ou estérifiés sous la forme de groupes sulfo ainsi que ses sels, notamment pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
