A synthetic resin bottle body with a handle manufacturable at low cost and stably usable, comprising a bottle body and a handle part formed by forwardly extending a fitting head piece from the upper end part of a holding piece (a portion for holding the bottle body by hand) vertically installed at the upper rear side of the bottle body and extending, from the lower side to the right and left forward sides, a pair of fitting arm pieces holding the body part of the bottle body from the right and left sides. The tip part of the fitting head piece is fixedly assembled, in an undercut shape, to a neck ring formed at the lower end part of the mouth cylindrical part of the bottle body and the tip parts of the pair of fitting arm pieces are fixedly assembled, in an undercut shape, to the base end parts of a pair of fitting projected parts projectedly formed on both side faces of the body part of the bottle body. Thus, the handle installation structure simply formed, capable of stably distributing load, and capable of being easily molded and assembled can be provided.
