The present invention relates to a synthetic resin insulating vessel including insulating containers used as thermos bottles, heat insulating lunch boxes, cooler boxes, and the like, and manufacturing method for the same. The synthetic resin insulating vessel according to the present invention is formed from an inner wall of synthetic resin, an outer wall of synthetic resin, and a space formed in between the aforementioned inner wall and outer wall, wherein a sealed hollow layer is formed by filling the aforementioned space using at least one type of gas selected from the group consisting of argon gas, xenon gas, and krypton gas. This synthetic resin insulating vessel is manufactured, for example, by means of a blow molding method in which the aforementioned gas is injected into a parison and/or by means of an injection molding process.
