ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A synthetic resin snap-action clip used as a stop or catch for a door or the like and as a holder for kitchen utensils. The snap-action clip comprises a circular resilient plate, an embracing portion having a pair of semi- circular retaining members inwardly opposed to each other, thin-wall hinges for connecting the resilient plate to the pair of retaining members, a dovetail-like projection formed in the resilient plate, a clip body formed with a stopper, and a base plate having a dovetail groove which includes a notch.
