There is provided a syringe (1) comprising a barrel (3) having inner walls defining a compartment in the barrel (3), a closable nozzle at the base of the barrel (39) and a plunger (7) movable longitudinally within the barrel compartment. The plunger (7) has inner walls defining a chamber suitable to receive a vial (5). A hollow needle (12) extends through the plunger (7) to enable fluid communication between the plunger chamber and barrel compartment. A compressible and puncturable sealing element (9) within the plunger chamber provides a sterile seal for the needle (12) and barrel compartment.

L'invention concerne une seringue comprenant un cylindre doté de parois internes définissant un compartiment dans le cylindre, une buse pourvue d'une fermeture située à la base du cylindre, et un piston longitudinalement mobile situé au sein du compartiment du cylindre. Le piston possède des parois internes définissant une chambre adaptée pour recevoir un flacon. Une aiguille creuse s'étend à travers le piston pour mettre en communication fluidique la chambre du piston et le compartiment du cylindre. Un élément de scellement compressible et perforable, placé au sein de la chambre du piston, assure un joint stérile pour l'aiguille et le compartiment du cylindre.
