The system includes a housing (12), a liquid receptor (16) disposed within the housing (12) for accepting the liquid, a liquid inlet (22) for delivering the liquid from outside the housing (12) to the liquid receptor (16), and a measuring device (28) for determining the amount of liquid delivered to the liquid receptor (16). The system further includes a heater (24) for heating the liquid delivered to the liquid receptor (16) to thereby convert the liquid to a vapor, and an outlet (30) for discharging the vapor outside the housing (12).
