A system and method of providing an intelligent automatic roaming analysis (ARA) that enables a roaming mobile subscriber (130) to use abbreviated dialing regardless of the location of the subscriber in a radio telecommunications network (100). The radio telecommunications network includes a home network (106) which comprises a Home Location Register (HLR) (112) and a Service Control Point (SCP) (114). The visited exchanges (122; 124; 126) of the network are categorized by a type indicator (314) if located outside the home service area (102). Subscription data (300A) and operator service data (300B) are provided as a database in the SCP (114), wherein applicable telephone codes (306; 308; 310; 312) are available for the home network (106) and the visited exchanges (122; 124; 126). Based on the type of the visited exchange, an abbreviated number is rebuilt into an appropriate called party number (B-number) by utilizing one or more services provided in the SCP.
Cette invention se rapporte à un système et à un procédé servant à effectuer une analyse d'itinérance automatique (ARA) intelligente, qui permet à un abonné mobile itinérant (130) d'utiliser une composition de numéro abrégée quelle que soit la position de l'abonné dans un réseau de radiotélécommunications (100). Le réseau de radiotélécommunications comprend un réseau local (106) qui contient un enregistreur de localisation nominal (HLR) (112) et un point de commande de services (SCP) (114).
