An electronic presentation system and method provides multiple display screens (1706, 1708, 1710, 1712 and 1714) for presentation materials as well as permits dynamic annotations to presentation materials that do not permanently alter the presentation materials. In multi-windowed display interface (1700), a currently displayed slide or the next-to-display slide can be easily annotated or otherwise modified. Thus, the presentation materials can easily be directed to any one of the display screens and any annotations can be saved fo future use or simple deleted.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant d'obtenir plusieurs écrans d'affichage pour des matériaux de présentation et permettant d'insérer des annotations dynamiques dans des matériaux de présentation, lesquelles annotations n'altèrent pas de façon définitive les matériaux de présentation. Dans une interface d'affichage à plusieurs fenêtres, une diapositive en cours d'affichage ou la prochaine diapositive devant être affichée peut être facilement annotée, voire, modifiée. De cette manière, les matériaux de présentation peuvent être orientés vers n'importe lequel des écrans d'affichage et n'importe quelle annotation peut être sauvegardée en vue d'une utilisation ultérieure ou simplement supprimée.
