Devices, systems and methods for estimating inter-frequency measurements used for radio network functions are disclosed. The systems and methods described allow systems to evaluate the quality of a second frequency by using offset adjusted measurements on a first frequency. By using the described methods, system capacity is increased by providing a "low cost" measurement mechanism for support of handover that substantially balance the load between two or more frequency bands. By using the proposed method, handover can be performed more frequently and the interference within each frequency band can therefore be kept at a more optimal level.
Dispositifs, systèmes et procédés pour l'estimation des mesures interfréquence utilisées pour les fonctions de réseau d'évaluer la qualité de la deuxième fréquence au moyen des mesures basées sur le décalage, sur une première fréquence. Grâce aux procédés de l'invention, la capacité du système est augmentée par des mécanismes de mesure <= de faible coût >= qui prennent en charge le transfert et équilibrent sensiblement la charge entre au moins deux bandes de fréquences. Ledit procédé permet le transfert plus fréquent et le maintien à un niveau plus optimal des interférences dans chaque bande de fréquences.
