A method, system and computer program product for inhibiting detection of deactivated tags. The method, system and computer program product include receiving a signal that includes environment noise from at least one tag, extracting signal detection information that includes a signal detection energy value at a detection frequency from the received signal, extracting signal deactivation information that includes a signal deactivation energy value at a deactivation frequency from the received signal, and determining a failure to deactivate ratio that corresponds to the signal detection energy value divided by the signal deactivation energy value. Generation of an alarm event is inhibited upon the failure to deactivate ratio being less than a selectable threshold. A noise factor is measured to adjust a selectable threshold.
La présente invention concerne un procédé, un système et un progiciel permettant l'inhibition de détection d'étiquettes désactivées. Le procédé, système et progiciel comprennent la réception d'un signal comportant un bruit d'environnement provenant d'au moins une étiquette, l'extraction d'une information de détection de signal comportant une valeur d'énergie de détection de signal à partir du signal reçu, l'extraction d'une information de désactivation de signal comportant une valeur d'énergie de désactivation à partir du signal reçu, et la détermination d'un échec de rapport de désactivation correspondant à la valeur d'énergie de détection de signal divisé par la valeur d'énergie de désactivation de signal. La génération d'un événement d'alerte est inhibée lorsque le rapport de désactivation est inférieur au seuil sélectionnable et la génération d'un facteur de bruit pour ajuster le seuil sélectionnable.
