This invention discloses an Internet environment, wherein a multiplicity of devices (10) communicate via at least one intermediary (30) with sites on the Internet (20), including, inter alia, a methodology operative to subsidize Internet access costs in respect of interactions between a user and a web site, the methodology including automatically communicating information relating to said interactions between a user and a web site; and utilizing said information for subsidizing wireless-Internet access costs.
