A system and method for lessening impact on Christmas trees (10) during downhole operations involving Christmas trees (10), by way of example and not limitation such as cementing processes. The system comprises an outer housing (20) defining a chamber, a lubricator (23) assembly disposed in the outer housing, and an inner sleeve slidably disposable within the chamber. The method uses the system of the present invention by inserting the inner sleeve (50) into the lubricator assembly (23); lowering the inner sleeve (50) into the Christmas tree (10) to a predetermined position extending into a tubing hanger (13) associated with the tree; introducing fluids through a fluid line coupled to the lubricator assembly, the fluids passing through a conduit (53) within the inner sleeve (50) into the wellbore; and retrieving the lubricator assembly upon completion of fluid introduction into the wellbore. In alternative embodiments, the inner sleeve (50) may be retracted and withdrawn with the lubricator (23) assembly upon completion of fluid introduction into the wellbore.
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant de réduire l'impact sur des arbres de Noël durant des opération au fond d'un puits faisant intervenir des arbres de Noël, utilisant notamment des techniques de cimentation. Le système comprend un logement externe définissant une chambre, un graisseur disposé dans le logement externe et un manchon interne disposé de façon coulissante à l'intérieur de la chambre. Le procédé de la présente invention consiste à introduire le manchon interne du système dans le graisseur, à descendre le manchon interne dans l'arbre de Noël jusqu'à une position prédéterminée qui s'étend jusqu'à l'intérieur d'un dispositif de suspension associé à l'arbre, à introduire des fluides par une conduite reliée au graisseur, les fluides passant par une conduite située à l'intérieur du manchon interne dans le puits, et, enfin, à récupérer le graisseur lorsque tout le fluide à été introduit dans le puits. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, le manchon interne peut être rétracté et retiré avec le graisseur lorsque tout le fluide a été introduit dans le puits.
