The present invention relates to a method for obtaining data indicative of a location for ligament graft placement. Medical image data representative of a bone is provided. Position data indicative of an intraoperative position of each of a plurality of points associated with a surface of the bone is obtained. The medical image data and the position data are related to one another mathematically to obtain transformed data indicative of the location for ligament graft placement. The present invention is also related to a system for obtaining data indicative of a location for ligament graft placement. The system includes a computer configured to receive medical image data representative of a bone and a pointer or ultrasound device configured to determine position data indicative of an intraoperative position of one or more points associated with a surface of the bone.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de planification et de guidage in-situ, en temps réel, et assisté par ordinateur, permettant la mise en place d'une greffe ligamentaire, qui comprend A) deux corps de référence (4; 5) rigides pourvus d'au moins trois marqueurs (6) chacun, et de vis (7) ou de tige destinées à fixer les corps de référence (4; 5) respectivement au fémur (8) et au tibia (9); B) un pointeur (10) pourvu d'au moins trois marqueurs (6); C) un endoscope (11); D) un ordinateur (3); E) un dispositif de mesure (14) de position connecté à l'ordinateur (3) afin de déterminer la position des marqueurs (6); F) une source de rayons X (1) destinée à une utilisation préopératoire ou peropératoire; G) un récepteur de rayons X (2) permettant de rassembler des données d'une image médicale transférée à l'ordinateur (3) soit directement en format numérique, soit par balayage du film radiographie sur l'ordinateur (3); et H) un dispositif ultrasonore (13) en mode A relié à l'ordinateur (3) et pourvu d'au moins trois marqueurs (6).
