A method for loadbalancing in a network environment is provided that includes receiving a request from an end user for a communication session at a central node. The method further includes identifying a selected one of a plurality of network nodes to facilitate the communication session for the end user based on feedback information provided by the selected network node. The feedback information is communicated from the selected network node and processed before making a decision to establish the communication session between the selected network node and the end user.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'équilibrage de charges dans un environnement de réseau qui consiste à recevoir une demande d'un utilisateur final de session de communication à un noeud central. Ce procédé consiste aussi à identifier un noeud de réseau sélectionné parmi une pluralité de ceux-ci de façon à faciliter la session de communication de l'utilisateur final à partir d'un retour d'information fourni par le noeud de réseau sélectionné. Ce retour d'information est communiqué par le noeud de réseau sélectionné et traité avant la prise de décision d'établir la session de communication entre le noeud de réseau sélectionné et l'utilisateur final.
