The developing comprises accessing one or more listing characteristics for the disconnected listing independently of the caller. The method further includes selecting a targeted advertisement for the caller based at least in part on the call profile. Additionally, the method includes reporting to the caller regarding the disconnected listing, the reporting comprising presenting the targeted advertisement to the caller.
