Device for preparing a liquid beverage from a cartridge comprising a supply unit (2) for supplying an injection fluid into the cartridge (111), a cartridge holder (60) configured to accept and support the cartridge; said cartridge holder being detachable from the device. Complementary insertion means (750) of the device are configured to allow the insertion of the cartridge holder into the device. The cartridge is positioned in the supply unit in an injection position with its injection surface substantially in an inclined plane relative to the horizontal plane and the injection means are offset from the highest edge of the cartridge. The cartridge holder preferably comprises a linear wedge-shaped insertion means with a bearing surface inclined along an angle (B).
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour préparer une boisson liquide à partir d'une cartouche. Ce dispositif comprend une unité de distribution (2) pour distribuer un fluide d'injection dans la cartouche (111), un support de cartouche (60) configuré pour accepter et supporter la cartouche, ledit support de cartouche étant détachable du dispositif. Des moyens d'introduction complémentaires (750) du dispositif sont configurés pour permettre l'introduction du support de cartouche dans le dispositif. La cartouche est positionnée dans l'unité de distribution dans une position d'injection avec sa surface d'injection sensiblement dans un plan incliné par rapport au plan horizontal et les moyens d'injection sont décalés de la bordure la plus élevée de la cartouche. Le support de cartouche comprend, de préférence, un moyen d'introduction en forme de coin, linéaire, avec une surface portante inclinée le long d'un angle (B).
