A method, performed at a hub computer system, comprises generating custom networks by grouping unsold advertising inventory from across a plurality of broadcast stations, each generated custom network representing a group of available ad slots from across the plurality of broadcast stations, and each generated custom network having associated predetermined audience demographics and associated one or more predetermined daytimes; receiving from the plurality of broadcast stations information regarding the plurality of broadcast stations comprising available ad slots, each ad slot having associated audience demographics and one or more additional ad slot attributes; receiving, from an advertiser, (i) targets of a campaign, (ii) at least one creative of the campaign, and (iii) a selection of a custom network from among the generated custom networks; updating the selected custom network based on a portion of the received information regarding the plurality of broadcast stations that is applicable to the selected custom network; after the updating, identifying slots within the selected custom network such that the additional attributes of the identified slots match the received targets of the campaign; and instructing broadcasts of the received at least one creative by the broadcast stations associated with the identified slots of the selected custom network, the instructing based on a portion of the received information regarding the plurality of broadcast stations corresponding to the associated broadcast stations, and based on the received targets of the campaign, wherein the generating, the updating and the identifying are executed by one or more processors of the hub computer system.
