A system for pushing information content from an information source to a mobile communication device over a network includes a transcoding system and a first network device. The transcoding system includes a plurality of transcoders, each transcoder operable to transcode the information content from a respective input content type into a respective output content type. The first network device is in communication with the transcoding system, and includes a push module. The push module is operable to receive a connection request from the information source. The connection request includes an identifier associated with the mobile communication device. The push module is further operable to select a corresponding connection handler that is operable to select one or more transcoders from the plurality of transcoders to transcode the information content.
L'invention concerne un système de chargement de contenu d'information d'une source d'information dans un dispositif de communication mobile sur un réseau comprenant un système de transcodage et un premier dispositif de réseau. Le système de transcodage comprend une pluralité de transcodeurs, chaque transcodeur servant à transcoder le contenu d'information d'un type de contenu d'entrée respectif à un type de contenue de sortie respectif. Le premier dispositif de réseau est en communication avec le système de transcodage, et comprend un module de chargement. Le module de chargement est destiné à recevoir une demande de connexion de la source d'information. La demande de connexion comprend un identificateur associé au dispositif de communication mobile. Le module de charge est également destiné à sélectionner un pilote de connexion correspondant servant à sélectionner un ou plusieurs transcodeurs dans la pluralité de transcodeurs pour transcoder le contenu d'information.
