The invention concerns a system (1) and a device for storing and processing data during a purchasing operation by a consumer. The system comprises at least a mobile tool (2) provided with a keyboard (15) associated with the consumer and at least a sales outlet terminal (4), the mobile tool and the terminal comprising means (9, 10) for exchanging data between them during the purchasing operation. The mobile tool further comprises means (3) for storing the consumer's behavioural and loyalty data, means (13) for updating said behavioural and loyalty data based on data derived from the terminal and means for transmitting to said terminal data corresponding to said update and displaying and navigating means (14, 8, 15). The terminal comprises means for transmitting benefits obtained when certain predetermined conditions are fulfilled on the data corresponding to said update.
Il s'agit d'un système (1) et d'un procédé de stockage et de traitement de données lors d'une opération d'achat par un consommateur. La système comprend au moins un outil mobile (2) muni d'un clavier (15) associé au consommateur et au moins un terminal de point de vente (4), l'outil mobile et le terminal comportant des moyens (9, 10) d'échange de données entre eux au cours de l'opération d'achat. L'outil mobile comprend de plus des moyens (3) de stockage de données comportementales et de fidélité du consommateur, des moyens (13) de mises à jour de ces données comportementales et de fidélité en fonction de données en provenance du terminal et des moyens de transmission audit terminal, de données correspondant à cette mise à jour et des moyens (14, 8, 15) de visualisation et de navigation. Le terminal comporte des moyens d'émission d'avantages dans le cas du respect de certaines conditions prédéterminées sur les données correspondant à cette mise à jour.
