A method includes communicating a first signal at a transmitter. The first signal has a first frequency. The method also includes receiving a second signal at a receiver. The second signal has a second frequency, and the second signal comprises the first signal converted from the first frequency to the second frequency. In addition, the method includes determining whether the transmitter and receiver are functional using at least one of the first and second signals.
L'invention concerne un procédé consistant à mettre en communication un premier signal au niveau d'un émetteur. Le premier signal présente une première fréquence. Le procédé consiste également à recevoir un second signal au niveau d'un récepteur. Le second signal présente une seconde fréquence et le second signal comporte le premier signal converti à partir de la première fréquence en la séquence fréquence. Par ailleurs, le procédé consiste à déterminer si l'émetteur et le récepteur sont fonctionnels à l'aide d'au moins un des deux signaux.
