Aspirating and dispensing of reagents is accomplished using a probe (119) having an outlet (144) connected via tubing ( 142) to a syringue pump. The probe (119) has an o-ring (134) for sealing against a vial insert (150)coupled to a dip tube (156) in the reagent vial during aspiration. The probe (119) is then moved to a dispense and washing station that seals against the o-ring (134), and the reagent is dispensed and the probe washed.

L'aspiration et la distribution de réactifs sont effectuées à l'aide d'une sonde (119) comportant une sortie (144) qui est reliée par un tuyau (142) à une pompe à seringues.
