A system and method of creating subscriber services in an Internet Protocol (IP)-based telecommunications network. A service creation architecture includes a Service Component Creator (SCC (19)) that creates service proxy objects, and posts them on a Lookup Service (LUS (18)). The LUS is accessible through the Internet (24) by Enterprise Service Creators (ESCs (21)). The ESCs download the posted service proxy objects from the LUS, and customize the downloaded objects to create customized services for enterprise users. The ESCs upload the customized service proxy objects to an Enterprise LUS (23), and the Enterprise LUS downloads the customized service proxy objects to a Service Management Unit (SMU (25, 26)) serving the end user. A gatekeeper (12, 13) serving the end users utilizes the service proxy code downloaded to the SMU to determine the location of a Service Implementation Repository (SIR (27)) that stores actual service code for implementing the customized service. The gatekeeper then downloads the actual service code from the SIR, constructs a customized User Service Agent (USA) that includes the actual service code, and sends the customized USA to an agency (mobile agent platform) at the user's terminal.

Ces ESC téléchargent les objets mandataires de service envoyés depuis un LUS, et personnalise les objets téléchargés, afin de créer des services personnalisés pour les utilisateurs des entreprises. Les ESC téléchargent vers l'amont les objets mandataires de services personnalisés vers un LUS (23) d'entreprise, et ce LUS d'entreprise télécharge les objets mandataires de services personnalisés vers une unité de gestion de services (SMU) (25, 26) qui sert l'utilisateur final. Un contrôleur d'accès (12, 13) servant les utilisateurs finaux utilise le code mandataire de services téléchargé vers le SMU pour déterminer l'emplacement d'un gisement de mise en oeuvre de services (SIR) (27) qui stocke un code de services réels permettant de mettre en oeuvre le service personnalisé. Ledit contrôleur d'accès télécharge le code de services réels à partir du SIR, construit un agent de services utilisateur (USA) comprenant le code de services réels, et envoie le USA personnalisé à une agence (plate-forme d'agent mobile) au niveau du terminal utilisateur.
