The invention is directed to improvements to the temperature control systems and methods used within a food processing and dispensing device. Specifically, the present invention measures, by a thermocouple assembly, the actual temperature of food product ingredients and transmits one or more signals to a CPU. The signals represent the actual temperature of the one or more food product ingredients measured by the first thermocouple assembly. Then the CPU employs one or more look-up tables within the CPU to determine a set point temperature of a food processing surface. The system and/or method measures the actual temperature of the food processing surface, using a second thermocouple assembly, and transmits one or more signals to the CPU representing the actual temperature of the food processing surface. The temperature of the food processing surface is then dynamically adjusted to the determined set point to offset the temperature of the food product ingredients.
L'invention concerne des améliorations apportées à des systèmes et procédés de régulation de température et des procédés utilisés avec un dispositif de traitement et de distribution de produit alimentaire. De manière spécifique, la présente invention mesure, au moyen d'un ensemble, la température courante de produits alimentaires et transmet un ou plusieurs signaux à une UC. Les signaux représentent la température courante du ou des produits alimentaires mesurée par le premier ensemble thermocouple. L'UC utilise ensuite une ou plusieurs tables de recherche à l'intérieur de l'UC pour déterminer une température de point de consigne d'une surface de traitement de produit alimentaire. Le système et/ou le procédé mesurent la température courante de la surface de traitement de produit alimentaire, au moyen d'un deuxième ensemble thermocouple, et transmettent un ou plusieurs signaux à l'UC qui représentent la température courante de la surface de traitement de produit alimentaire. La température de la surface de traitement de produit alimentaire est ensuite ajustée de manière dynamique au point de consigne déterminé pour ajuster la température des produits alimentaires.
