A system and method to fabricate magnetic random access memory is disclosed. In particular, a method of aligning a magnetic film during deposition is disclosed. The method includes applying a first magnetic field along a first direction (130) in a region in which a substrate resides during a deposition of a first magnetic material onto the substrate The method further includes applying a second magnetic field (132) along a second di-rection in the region during the deposition of the first magnetic material onto the substrate

La présente invention a trait à un système et à un procédé permettant de fabriquer une mémoire vive magnétique. En particulier, la présente invention a trait à un procédé permettant daligner un film magnétique au cours du dépôt. Le procédé inclut une étape consistant à appliquer un premier champ magnétique dans une première direction (130) dans une région dans laquelle un substrat est localisé au cours du dépôt dun premier matériau magnétique sur le substrat. Le procédé inclut en outre une étape consistant à appliquer un second champ magnétique (132) dans une seconde direction dans la région au cours du dépôt du premier matériau magnétique sur le substrat.
