The system maintains a list of patient records and links those patient records with assessment records. The present invention further utilizes assessment processing and reporting rules for managing, analyzing, and generating reports of assessment information. In a preferred embodiment, the reports are displayed by an efficient method of displaying repeated measures data, to assist a user in managing and objectively analyzing a patient's treatment.
