ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A horizontal deck is formed of a plurality of lineal members arranged parallel to one another and interlockingly engaged with clips having tangs, the profile of which is complementarily shaped to the cross- sectional profile of the lineal member so that the members may be engaged through a snap-in procedure with the clips. The latter are permanently fastened to a substructure of the deck.
