A system for determining whether a person should have professional health care attention, and providing clinical notes to the caregiver, may include the following. The system includes a monitoring device having a microprocessor operably coupled to a memory unit. The microprocessor is operably coupled to an input device, an output device, and a communication device. The memory unit is programmed with a set of instructions for posing questions to the person via the output device, receiving answers from the person via the input device, and transmitting the answers to a remote computer via the communication device. The remote computer is programmed to determine whether the person should be seen by a health care professional, based at least in part upon the answers entered into the input device. Further, the remote computer is programmed to generate a clinical note based upon the answers transmitted to the remote computer.
Cette invention se rapporte à un système servant à déterminer si une personne nécessite des soins de santé professionnelle et à fournir des notes cliniques aux soignants. Ce système comprend un dispositif de surveillance comportant une microprocesseur couplé en mode opérationnel à une unité mémoire. Le microprocesseur est couplé en mode opérationnel à un dispositif d'entrée, à un dispositif de sortie et à un dispositif de communication. L'unité mémoire est programmée au moyen d'un jeu d'instructions permettant de poser des questions à la personne par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de sortie, de recevoir les réponses de la personne via le dispositif d'entrée et de transmettre ces réponses à un ordinateur distant via le dispositif de communication. L'ordinateur distant est programmé pour déterminer si la personne doit consulter un professionnel des soins de santé, sur la base en partie au moins des réponses entrées dans le dispositif d'entrée. L'ordinateur distant est en outre programmé pour générer une note clinique sur la base des réponses transmises à l'ordinateur distant.
