During refining/beating of beating material there exists a need to measure more parameters than the gap, directly in the beating zone. The present invention makes this possible and it relates to a system for continuous measuring of pressure and temperature in the beating zone and the system is characterized in that a number of separate/combined pressure sensors or temperature sensors provided with cables are applied on or in at least one of the homogeneous beating discs or, beating discs constructed of segments, of the refiner along the active radius of the beating disc, alternatively are arranged in at least one position between, alternatively between and in, two of the segments being present in the beating disc along the active radius of the beating disc and that the cables are collected into a bunch of cables or are transformed into another cable and leave the beating disc via a hole therein, if the beating disc is stationary, to be connected to a possible detecting unit and a subsequent presentation unit, alternatively, if the beating disc rotates, that the bunch of cables/the cable is connected to a collector shoe arranged against the shaft of the refiner with further connection according to the above.
Pendant le raffinage d'un matériau, il faut pouvoir mesurer directement dans la zone de raffinage des paramètres autres que simplement l'espacement. Le système de l'invention permet de mesurer d'une manière continue la pression et la température dans la zone de raffinage. Il est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un certain nombre de sondes de pression ou de température séparées/combinées pourvues de câbles, et disposées sur ou dans au moins un des disques de raffinage, lequel peut être d'une pièce ou constitué de segments. Ces sondes sont disposées le long du rayon actif du disque de raffinage. Elles peuvent également être disposées au moins dans une position entre et/ou dans deux des segments du disque de raffinage, suivant le rayon actif du disque de raffinage. Les câbles forment un faisceau ou ils sont transformés en un autre câble, avant de quitter le disque de raffinage par un trou. Lorsque le disque de raffinage est stationnaire, le faisceau de câbles ou le câble est connecté à une unité de détection comportant un dispositif d'affichage. Par contre, si le disque de raffinage tourne, le faisceau ou le câble est connecté à un patin de collecteur placé contre l'arbre du raffineur, les autres connexions étant agencées alors comme dans le cas précédent.
