ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING ELECTRICAL POWER IN AN INTERNAL WIRE IMPEDANCE HEATING SYSTEM A heat-generating pipe comprises a ferromagnetic pipe having an insulated wire which extends longitudinally through it and is in series with a plurality of power sources. Each power source is separated by a predeter- mined length of the insulated wire to form a complete electrical circuit. This circuit may also have connected in it a magnetic controller that is actuated by a tempera- ture-responsive control in order to regulate the flow of alternating current in the insulated wire according to the temperature of a fluid.
