The invention relates to a system for controlling at least two variable geometry apparatuses in a turbine engine, said system comprising an actuator (24) for actuating the two apparatuses (22, 110, 210), wherein one apparatus comprises at least one blade stage (10) of a stator (14) with a variable setting angle, while the other apparatus comprises an air bleed valve (136) for a body of the turbine engine. The system is arranged so as to control a gradual opening of the blade stage and a gradual closing of the air bleed valve as an actuation parameter of the actuator increases accordingly. Thanks to this, the control system makes it possible to advantageously control the two apparatuses using a single control system. The invention also relates to a turbine engine including such a system.
