A system for converting a bicycle into a bicycle exercise which comprises a bicycle exercise support having a base. The base has longitudinal sides. Arms upwardly extend from the longitudinal sides of the base, so as to converge and to merge into a two-part coupling device. At the one part of the coupling device, the arms define a lower portion, adjacent to the base, and an intermediate portion above the lower portion. The other part of the coupling device is provided with fasteners for fastening to a seat tube of a bicycle adjacent to the seat post of the bicycle, as to jack the rear tire of the bicycle and enables idling of the rear tire. The arms of the bicycle exercise support increase stability of the bicycle, and prevent tilting of the bicycle exercise support and falling. A rotating device tensed against the rear tire to be driven by the rear tire to provide a drag, is also contemplated on the bicycle exercise support.
Système utilisé pour convertir une bicyclette en ergocycle et comprenant un support muni d'une base composée de côtés longitudinaux à partir desquels des bras se prolongent vers le haut, convergent vers un dispositif de raccordement composé de deux pièces et s'y fusionnent. Sur l'une des pièces du dispositif de raccordement, les bras définissent une portion inférieure, adjacente à la base, et une portion intermédiaire, située au-dessus de la portion inférieure. L'autre pièce du dispositif de raccordement est munie d'attaches se fixant au tube de selle de la bicyclette, dans une position adjacente à la tige de selle, de manière à soulever le pneu arrière pour qu'il tourne à vide. Les bras de support améliorent la stabilité de l'ergocycle et empêchent le support de basculer. Un dispositif de rotation entraîné par le pneu arrière et exerçant une tension sur ce dernier pour créer une résistance est également envisagé.
