1, System for covering different types of surfaces, especially for building use, consisting essentially of a fundamental component (1) of quadrilateral shape made out of a piece of sheet metal cut to the desired shape in which two opposing pairs of mutually adjacent sides are bent in opposite directions to form corresponding opposing bent edges (11-12). When laid, those edges (11) which are bent towards the outer surface of the component (1) are uppermost and each component (1) is fixed to the underlying structure by a single strap (7) bent at one end which hooks into the inner vertex of these upper bent edges (11). The individual components (1) are interconnectable by a simple hook action in which said bent edges (11-12) are inserted into each other. Other complementary components for completing the sides of the covering can be derived from the fundamental component (1), and an additional ridge component (6) can be provided for use in the case of roof coverings.
Cette invention concerne un système de revêtement de différents types de surfaces, en particulier dans le bâtiment, qui se compose essentiellement d'un élément de base (1) à quatre côtés fait d'une pièce de tôle métallique découpée à la forme voulue et dont les paires de côtés opposés et complémentaires sont repliés en sens inverse pour former des agrafes (11-12). On place les éléments de base (1) de façon que l'agrafe (11) soit toujours sur le dessus et on les fixe à la structure sous-jacente au moyen d'un feuillard simple (7) replié à un bout et accroché par ce bout dans l'agrafe (11). Les éléments de base (1) peuvent être assemblés l'un à l'autre selon la technique de l'agrafage qui consiste à accrocher l'un dans l'autre les agrafes correspondantes (11-12). Des éléments complémentaires permettant de compléter les côtés du revêtement peuvent être réalisés à partir de l'élément de base (1) et on peut faire appel à des éléments additionnels de faîte dans le cas de couvertures de toit.
