System for effecting data transfer between one or more objects moving along a path and one or more fixed communication stations located along said path, wherein each object is provided with a transmitter/receiver combination, the transmitter of which is coupled to an identity code generator and the receiver of which is coupled to a data processing unit, and wherein each communication station is provided with a transmitter/receiver combination, the transmitter of which is coupled to a message generator and the receiver of which is coupled to an identity code recognition unit, wherein the transmitter/receiver of each object is continually activated, at least in the vicinity of the communication station, such that successively, in an alternating series of first and second periods, the transmitter transmits an identity code, originating from the identity code generator, in a first period and the receiver is ready to receive any responses in a second period, wherein, furthermore, the receiver of each station is continually activated until an identity code has been received, which code is recognised by the recognition unit, after which the message generator and the transmitter are activated in order to transmit any message intended for the object having this code.
Système pour effectuer le transfert de données entre un ou plusieurs objets se déplaçant le long d'une voie et une ou plusieurs stations de communications fixes situées le long de cette voie. Chaque objet est doté d'un émetteur-récepteur, l'émetteur étant couplé à un générateur de code d'identité et le récepteur à une unité de traitement de données. Chaque station de communications est pourvue également d'un émetteur-récepteur, l'émetteur étant couplé à un générateur de messages et le récepteur à une unité de reconnaissance de code d'identité. L'émetteur-récepteur de chaque objet est activé en continu, au moins à proximité de la station de communication, de sorte que l'émetteur émette successivement, dans des séries alternées de premières et secondes périodes, un code d'identité provenant du générateur de code d'identité, dans une première période, le récepteur étant prêt à recevoir toutes réponses dans une seconde période. De plus, le récepteur de chaque station est activé en continu jusqu'à réception d'un code d'identité, code qui est reconnu par l'unité de reconnaissance, puis le générateur de messages et l'émetteur sont activés de façon à envoyer un message destiné à l'objet possédant ce code.
