A system (10) for facilitating the processing and settlement of a securities trade is provided. The system includes a computer (26) which receives trade execution information (16) indicative of an executed trade by a first trading party (12) and trade allocation information indicative of an executed trade by a second party (18). The system also includes a database of trading party profiles accessible by the computer, the trading party profiles being indicative of acceptable trade parameters for each trading party. Executing on the computer (10) is a matching program (48) for comparing the trade execution information with the trade allocation information (22) and for determining that a match exists if the trade execution information (16) and the trade allocation information (22) correlate within the acceptable trade parameters supplied in the trading party profiles (50) for the first trading party (12) and the second trading party (18).
La présente invention concerne un système (10) permettant de faciliter les opérations et le règlement des échanges de titres. Le système comprend un ordinateur (26) recevant une information d'exécution d'un échange (16) représentant un échange exécuté par une première partie commerciale (12) et une information d'attribution commerciale représentant un échange exécuté par une deuxième partie commerciale (18). Le système comporte également une base de données des profils des parties commerciales accessible par l'ordinateur, les profils des parties commerciales représentant des paramètres d'échange acceptables pour chacune des parties commerciales. L'exécution sur l'ordinateur (10) s'effectue sous la forme d'un programme de mise en correspondance (48) permettant la comparaison de l'information d'exécution de l'échange avec une information d'allocation d'échange (22) et la détermination d'une mise en correspondance s'il y a corrélation entre l'information d'exécution d'échange (16) et l'information d'allocation d'échange (22) selon les paramètres d'échange acceptables fournis par les profils des parties commerciales (50) pour la première partie commerciale (12) et la deuxième partie commerciale (18).
