A system for guiding a vehicle along a guiding rail, comprising a guide roller device (1), characterized in that it comprises at least one rolling bearing roller (24) and at least one lateral roller (25, 26) forming the lateral part whereby the diameter thereof and the shape of the lateral surface (51,52) entering into contact with the rail (2) are selected in such a way that the lateral roller has the same speed at the point of contact (54) thereof with the rail (2) as the central bearing roller (24) on the rolling surface on the rail. The system can be used for tramways, for example.
Un système de guidage d'un véhicule le long d'un rail directeur, du type comprenant un dispositif de galet de guidage (1), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de galet (1) comporte au moins un galet d'appui roulant (24) et au moins un galet latéral (25, 26) formant ladite partie latérale et dont le diamètre et la forme de la face latérale (51, 52) destinée à venir en contact avec le rail (2) sont choisis de façon que le galet latéral présente à son point de contact (54) avec le rail (2) la même vitesse que le galet central d'appui (24) au niveau de sa face de roulement sur le rail. Le systeme est utilisable par exemple pour des tramways.
