A system for insertion of implants, in particular dental implants, comprises a splint, which is provided with a bore and which is designed for positioning the implant onto an area intended for the insertion, in particular a bone, and can be placed on the latter. The system also includes an insertion or screwing tool for the implant, and the splint has a guide surface. The system is to be further designed such that the precise insertion of the implant can be predefined with a high degree of reliability. For this purpose, the insertion or screwing tool has a head part to which the implant is connected and which has an outer surface for bringing into engagement with the guide surface, the insertion or screwing tool also comprises a first stop or abutment, and that the splint in the area of the bore comprises or at least indirectly acquires a further stop or abutment, on which the first stop or abutment of the screwing tool comes to rest in order to define the depth of insertion of the implant when it is being screwed in.
L'invention concerne un système d'insertion d'implants et en particulier d'implants dentaires, qui contient un rail (4) doté d'un alésage (6), configuré pour le positionnement de l'implant (38) sur une zone, en particulier d'un os, prévu pour l'insertion et apte à être disposé sur cette zone. Le système contient en outre un outil de vissage (36) de l'implant (38), le rail (4) présentant une surface de guidage (52). Le système est transformé de manière à pouvoir prédéterminer l'installation précise de l'implant (38) avec une haute sécurité. Dans ce but, elle propose que l'outil de vissage (36) présente une pièce de tête (40) à laquelle l'implant (38) est relié et qui présente une surface extérieure (48) qui peut être amenée à s'engager sur la surface de guidage (52), que l'outil de vissage (36) présente en outre une première butée (58) et que le rail (4) contienne au moins indirectement ou présente dans la zone de l'alésage (6) une autre butée (60) sur laquelle la première butée (58) de l'outil de vissage (36) vient se placer lorsque l'implant (38) est vissé, de manière à définir sa profondeur d'installation.
