ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A system for producing self-healing tires is described wherein the tire is positioned at a tire sealant application station and rotated during application of the sealant. A sealant applica- tion means is positioned inside the tire by a pendulum arm and carriage assembly. After sealant application is complete, the tire is moved axially away from the station and rotation thereof is continued to prevent running or pooling of the sealant.
