A B S T R A C T O F T H E D I S C L O S U R E This invention relates to a device which protects an installation on the floor of a body of water. A flexible mat covering the installation, the edges of the mat resting on the floor and being so thick and rigid that a dragging anchor hooking the edge will be carried over the instal- lation by the roll of mat formed by the anchor.
