The identification and assaying of chemical and/or biological species, e.g. enzyme/substrate, enzyme/inhibitor or antigen/antibody, are disclosed. The problem to be solved is that of providing a system for qualitatively and/or quantitatively analysing biological substances using enhanced chemiluminescence, whereby an actual significant enhancement of light emission may be achieved as a result of the excitation of a chemiluminescent reagent. The system provided for solving said problem uses a ligand (a) pairable with the substances to be analysed, a luminol-type chemiluminescent reagent (b), an enzyme (c), a substrate (d) for oxidising said enzyme (c), and at least one enhancer (e). The system is characterised in that the enhancer (e) is selected from the family of halophenol (iodophenol) esters. An analysis method using the system as well as an analysis kit including said system for use in analysis are also disclosed.

Le domaine de la présente invention est celui de l'identification et du dosage d'espèces chimiques et/ou biologiques du type enzyme/substrat, enzyme/inhibiteur ou antigène/anticorps. Le problème à la base de l'invention est la fourniture d'un système d'analyse qualitative et/ou quantitative de substances biologiques par chimiluminescence amplifiée, permettant une réelle significative amélioration de l'émission de lumière, résultant du passage à l'état excité d'un réactif chimiluminescent. Ce problème a trouvé sa solution au travers du système selon l'invention, qui fait intervenir un ligand (a) appariable avec les substances à analyser, un réactif chimiluminescent (b) du type luminol, une enzyme (c), un substrat oxydant (d) de l'enzyme (c), et au moins un amplificateur (e), ce système étant caractérisé en ce que l'amplificateur (e) est sélectionné dans la famille des esters d'halogénophénol (iodophénol). L'invention concerne également un procédé d'analyse mettant en oeuvre ce système ainsi qu'un nécessaire d'analyse comprenant ledit système. Application en analytique.
